Dr. Miracle's "Bad Hair Day" Contest Finale

Congratulations to Lakeisha Alexander of Jackson , Mississippi

On June 7th, Dr. Miracle's "Bad Hair Day" regional winners from Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Baltimore, D.C., Atlanta, Jackson, Charlotte, Memphis, Columbia, and Birmingham, met in New York City to vie for the title of "Ms Dr. Miracle's 2006" and to become the next Dr. Miracle's print advertising campaign model. In the end, Lakeisha Alexander, 25, from Jackson, Mississippi, became the first woman to take home the coveted title. Each contestant was treated to two days of beauty by celebrity hair stylist Eric Bland and make-up artist Daniel Green before revealing their "new look" to the panel of judges and an anxious audience at the Marriott Marquis Hotel.
